Bug#253870: Huge files in -dev package on arm appear like potential unneeded garbage.

Package: libstdc++6
Version: 3.4.0-2
Severity: important
Tags: experimental

I was trying to install gcc 3.4.0 on my arm system, but was unable to
install libstdc++6-dev due to lack of disk space (I have 256M of flash).

It appears the package contains two files of about 18M each with
filenames that look suspiciously like they don't belong in the package.
The filesnames are:

-rw-r--r-- root/root  18311262 2004-05-27 14:38:26
	./usr/include/c++/3.4/arm-linux/bits/stdc++.h.gch/O0g
-rw-r--r-- root/root  18361940 2004-05-27 14:38:30
	./usr/include/c++/3.4/arm-linux/bits/stdc++.h.gch/O2g

Perhaps leaving those out would shrink the package by about 90% down to
the level of the 3.3.4 package.
