Precisely....that, and the docs to do such a thing are totally
non-existant (and what little that I've gotten from the net was
incomplete, as I found out the hard way). I tried going from i386 to
alpha, but the linking failed with some relocation problems (expected). I
am trying to dig up a hard drive to temporarily install Tru64 on so that I
can do the whole thing on a 64-bit system (since Tru64 is really DEC UNIX
aka OSF and some old binaries already exist). Problem is, I need to
document what I did on i386 since many files that I needed ended up not
being generated by gnat-cross and I had to hand-build them and scp them
over. Needless to say, if I do install Tru64, I can't just scp the files
and try it since it'll be the same machine :-)
