I tried to report a bug in gcc from paer.d.o using the automated gccbug tool.
It didn't work properly. See the rejection message I received below. Basically
the To: field isn't properly generated.

This was fixed in gcc-3.0 3.0-2:

  * Correct mail address in gccbug (#101743).

3.0-4 should be recompiled for hppa.
