Bug#106049: gccbug doesn't handle mail addresses properly

Package: gcc-3.0
Version: 3.0-1

I tried to report a bug in gcc from paer.d.o using the automated gccbug tool.
It didn't work properly. See the rejection message I received below. Basically
the To: field isn't properly generated.

Thanks.
