lyx and libforms

A. Campeas recently signaled a bug supposedly linked to using
libforms0.89 in lyx. You answered him :

First of all, the information provided in the README and INSTALL files,
in lyx1.1.6fix2 sources, recommand to use libforms0.88.

Moreover, I once tried ton compile lyx 1.1.6 using libforms0.89-6 (by
mistake, because it is the default one in potato) and I can affirm that
there exists reproductible bugs that where resolved by recompiling lyx
using libforms0.88.

This is the reason why I think you should provide a lyx package compiled
with 0.88 (IMHO), and think about bugs #83976, #693969 (merged with
#75926, #77894 & #77989), #72425, #71134 and #103715 that could be
linked to libforms0.89 (maybe they are not. I don't know).
