pwgen.

patrick@nohope:~$ dpkg -s pwgen
Package: pwgen
Status: install ok installed
Priority: optional
Section: admin
Installed-Size: 29
Maintainer: Vincent Renardias <vincent@debian.org>
Version: 1-15
Depends: libc6 (>= 2.1.2)
Description: Automatic Password generation
pwgen generates random, meaningless but pronounceable passwords. Depending
on how the program was installed, these words contain either only
lowercase letters, or upper and lower case mixed, or digits thrown
in. Uppercase letters and digits are placed in a way that eases
remembering their position when memorizing only the word.

D'où :

patrick@nohope:~$ pwgen 10 1
ngeyemejoo
patrick@nohope:~$ pwgen -acn 10 1
oho8Bakaqu
patrick@nohope:~$ pwgen -s 10 1
