fetchmail ne veut pas connecter avec SMTP localhost

Bonjour,
j'ai quelques problèmes avec fetchmail configuré comme ça :

Cela correspond au changement de numéro de mon fai (mageos). Bien sur
j'aurais tendance à les accabler. Surtout qu'après ma remarque que tout
le monde n'utilise pas windows pour utiliser leur petit programme pour
changer de numéro, ils m'ont répondu par une lettre type me conseillant
d'aller ... dans le panneau de configuration de Windows. Alors qui peut
me dire si je dois râler.
