Re: fontes computer modern type 1



Bonjour,
        Pour utiliser les fontes de type 1, il suffit de définir le bon fichier
de configuration pour dvips. En pièce jointe à ce message, vous trouverez le
fichier que j'utilise pour une imprimante HP 4000N.

Vous devrez probablement modifier certains paramètres (résolution, mode MF)
pour une autre imprimante. Par contre la partie pour les fontes cmr Type1 est
indépandante du type d'imprimante.

TeX n'utilise que les fichiers TFM qui sont identiques à ceux des fontes
bitmaps. Il n'est donc pas nécessaire de faire quelque chose de spécifique pour
TeX. xdvi utilisera probablemnt les polices bitmaps.

Le paquet «type1cm» est utile pour pouvoir définir des dimensions arbitraires
de caractères (car les fontes bitmaps sont limitées à certaines tailles fixes).
