Pb d'installation

Bonjour a tous,
  J'ai un petit pb d'installation (ou plutot de configuration) du rezo.
la machine est un compaq LTE5280 avec une carte rezo AT/LANTIC EtherNODE
16-AT3 (normallement compatible ne2000) qui se situe sur la station
d'accueil.

quand je lui fais un insmod (j'ai essaye tous les modules), il me fait
differentes erreurs (suivant le module) :

soit :	init_module: Device or resource busy

soit :	ne2k-pci.o: unresolved symbol ei_open
	ne2k-pci.o: unresolved symbol ethdev_init
	ne2k-pci.o: unresolved symbol ei_interrupt
	ne2k-pci.o: unresolved symbol NS8390_init
	ne2k-pci.o: unresolved symbol ei_close

soit il ne me dit rien et quand je fais un network restart il me fait :
	SIOCSIFADDR: Operation not supported by device
	eth0: unknown interface.
	SIOCSIFNETMASK: Operation not supported by device
	SIOCSIFBRDADDR: Operation not supported by device
	eth0: unknown interface.
	SIOCADDRT: Network is unreachable
	SIOCADDRT: Network is unreachable
 
Que puis-je faire ???
