Bug#929128: fonts-noto-cjk: not recognized by lualatex until mktexlsr

Thank you for your suggestion.
I filed "6GB real memory is used by lualatex even with small input"
issue at https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=930292

It is independent of Japanese localization of lualatex.
