If your concern is namespace clash, then I don't know if that is the
case - if it is then those packages will need to conflict against each
others, I guess.  Even then I believe it is still beneficial for our
users to be able to choose between
least-diskspace-cover-all-requiring-advanced-OpenType-support and
packages, and I see no other ways to cover both those scenarios.

Keep Noto CJK as several fonts and package Adobe’s virtually equivalent Source Han as one super OTC.
