Dear friends:
I'm in a need of software to overcome the
govermental restriccion to a free connection to the outside world.
One of these programs is" httport", please help me
sending it by e-mail. May be there is several more programs, help me to
overcome the censorship in the proxy. I'm conecting the proxy of my
ISP using a 3128 port. I will apreciate it very much.
