I think this is Off-topic because no Debian firewall seems
to be involved.

You mean, the client?  Or a server where SSH-2.0-2.0.13 is

Okay, and this is your Debian machine acting as a server.


Are you able to see the output from the commands you type,
if that's really what you meant?
