boot firewall.

Another one is (I think) edge.fireplug.net (free).

Although I have rolled my own several times, these are good for quick
installs, and do the trick.  The sharethenet one is nice - creates the
disk under Winders, and once booted, is managed via browser.

No affiliation with either, just an admirer.
