Linuxworld NY

I hope everyone had a happy holiday season. I've had tons of work and my
brothers' wedding but I've tried to find time to follow up on some the
things we discussed on the list.

* I have put up a web page for the show at
  http://people.debian.org/~jaldhar/lwceny2004.html . It contains a
downloadable version of the entrance pass. Anyone can print it out and
get free admission to the show. Joey, what do I need to do to get this
information into DWN, the events page etc.?

* I was asked to find out about extra space. The bad news is it will be
$5100 and they don't have any more space in the .org pavilion anyway.

* Miles from tinyapps.org is sending us a shipment of t-shirts (See
http://www.tinyapps.org/tuxshirt.jpg for the design) We probably want
swirl t-shirts too. Who can look into this?

* I'm going to print up flyers based on the one I did last year and also
  some posters as tbm suggested.

* Cds. If debian-installer beta 2 will be ready soon or the CVS version
is usable, we should make CDs of that. Otherwise I would suggest
knoppix. Adam, I think you said you would look into that?

* stickers, banner. Matt were you going to look into that?

* Once again Sun is lending us a SPARC-based system. It would be nice if
we could have other architectures but we don't have much space in the
  booth.

 * We still have 5 more exhibitor spots open. If you would like to
volunteer in the booth, contact me privately and I'll send you the
registration info. I've already sent this info to Adam, Clint, Jimmy,
   and Matt.
