You need to be able to pass the Emdebian Grip mirror as the default mirror. It doesn't matter where you get the udebs, as long as the apt mirror is either www.emdebian.org/grip or the ftp.uk.debian.org/emdebian/grip mirror. The netinst can't do this via preseeding IIRC.
