You need to be able to pass the Emdebian Grip mirror as the default
mirror. It doesn't matter where you get the udebs, as long as the apt
mirror is either www.emdebian.org/grip or the
ftp.uk.debian.org/emdebian/grip mirror.

The netinst can't do this via preseeding IIRC. You need to select
Expert Install.

Alternatively, install Debian and then upgrade to Emdebian Grip and
recover lots of space.
