There was a bit of a surprise here - uploading a new source package
that contains binary packages already in Debian does NOT put the
source package through NEW. So, emdebian-rootfs has gone into NEW
because it introduces the multistrap binary package, emdebian-grip has
NOT gone into NEW. (I did query this with ftp-master but no reply.)

This leaves me in a bit of a quandry - emdebian-grip could migrate into
testing without any particular problems and I'm unsure whether it
should.

Comments?
