[*patch] misc trivia for emdebian-tools

Hi,
Sorry if anybody get's this twice or already read it..

      * README: Fix typo.
      * Makefile: Add "deb" and "manpages" targets
      * genmanpages: Fix typo in xsltproc invocation

http://uclibc.org/~aldot/emdebian/emdebian-tools.misc.00.diff

Then there is a problem with the (ick!) i18n somewhere:
debian/po/it.po is getting updated by the build, the casual user will be
left with a friendly error message that he changed the build -- or
something to that effect.

Therefor i suggest to add a hint to the README that mentiones

If you changed the sources locally or the buildprocess notifies you
about 'M' some/file/in/there.ext, then you can --svn-ignore-new
[right below the svn-buildpackage .. -rfakeroot hints.]

Ahh. Speaking of fakeroot.
Nowadays (i.e. from 0.9.28.x on, IIRC), uClibc has a define that
indicates if LFS is available or not. Since the current fakeroot-1.7.1
(also checked the whatever-repo at that time -- rev130 ?) fails to
properly detect this, i said something like this:
http://buildroot.uclibc.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/*checkout*/trunk/buildroot/package/fakeroot/fakeroot-uclibc-LFS.patch?rev=19928

Could need rephrasing, yes, but ultimately, it should look at
UCLIBC_HAS_LFS, no matter what the GLIBC may say.
If anybody feels responsible for this or has the ability to fix it, then
please go ahead!

cheers,
Bernhard
