Wookey's armel patch from #414085 is in dpkg-cross CVS and I'm prepared to make a release of 1.36. (Such a release also closes one other bug with a debconf translation that missed the original deadline). There's no particular rush, except that armel support has been requested for the emdebian-tools scripts and this is dependent on support in dpkg-cross. Releases of apt-cross (0.1.0) and emdebian-tools (also 0.1.0) are imminent. The patch is described as: ... a preliminary patch that adds armel support to dpkg-cross The ac_cv_sizeof_foo should be checked but it seems to work.
