I have just realized that dates are wrong !!
April 19-23 should be the time to meet.
April 13-14 are official holidays at Spain, and the date we plan to go are free days for some students at Spain (not for all), and it's not an official holidays.

Hmm.. I didn't realize this. According to organizers[1]
food and accomodation is provided them, but I don't know
how they organize reserving them. I've asked if it causes
problems.
