Hello everyone, after a bit of delay introduced by yours truly deinstalling netbase and then wondering why the !&"%"§@ system wouldn't ping, the new server is now ready. The IP address is 88.198.202.189, and the SSH RSA fingerprint is fc:1d:c2:e3:e2:d2:b6:e3:f0:87:10:03:30:18:40:9e Current status: - /home and /var from the old box are available - /etc is missing (rsync reconnected between /var and /etc, and my sudo session had timed out in the meantime) - system has a sarge base installation and runs a vserver enabled kernel As announced on IRC, I need either a copy of /etc or password hashes and/or ssh public keys for the accounts.
