Yes, it would be great if the flag affected the dependencies for
Build-Depends and related Depends. I believe that's what you
were saying Philippe I just wanted to clarify what I feel is an
important level of control. Not only that the docs packages are
not built but that the other depends are not required to be
satisfied when building with nodoc or whatever the flag ends up
being called.
