Thanx to craigH for some pointers to the most-broken bits.
I've fixed the news and various other imperfections (moved a lot of text
from the front page to 'about') so I believe we now have a working site
structure with no broken links.
I've found the sourceforge cvs docs so it'll be in cvs soon...
