Probably you have installed cross-toolchain debs from different sources, 
and they don't coexist correctly.

Try removing all mentioned packages (g++-3.3-arm-linux, gcc-3.3-arm-linux,  
libstdc++5-3.3-dev-arm-cross,  libstdc++5-arm-cross,  libc6-arm-cross) and 
then try again.

If the problem persists, you may locate the exact package that is causing a 
conflict by adding (probably recursively) all packages that "are not going 
to be installed" to the apt-get command line.
