It surely looks more like a bug in Emacs to me, but with Dan's usual
terseness it is hard to tell. So, Dan:
- Does /usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/elpa/csv-mode-1.20/csv-mode.elc exist?
- Which version of elpa-csv-mode do you have installed, if any?
