It may be worth explicitly mentioning that shim includes the Machine
Owner Key feature, making it reasonably practical for users to enrol
their own key and sign code using that, which helps to defend against
"Tivoisation" concerns.

Steve McIntyre merged it, in fact, but I've also reviewed it and I'm
happy with it. I should be able to get it uploaded to unstable today.
