This package contains the pesign utility for signing UEFI binaries as well as other associated tools.

This package is a dependency of fwupdate, which I also am packaging. 
I've mostly finished readying pesign. It just so happens that there's a 
massive multi-project shuffle happening with 
efibootmgr/efivar/fwupdate/pesign so I'm waiting on that first. The work 
in progress is at
