You could use anything that sounds useful.

No, not that I'm aware of. Unlike the real ones written by 
debian-edu-profile-udeb it's a manually added single purpose 'profile'.

Once the fake profile has been added to /etc/debian-edu/config it could 
be used by other scripts, yes. Extreme care should be taken to avoid 
unwanted side-effects, I guess.
