Some devices do not support that - or worse, say they support it, then
go and ignore teh changed address. Also, this will cause trouble with
the ARP cache on some switches/APs, because there will be at least a
short time frame where both the wifi BSS and any switches will think
they manage the station with that MAC address.

Been there, tried that ;).
