given the lack of replies I'll remove zh_Hant soon.

actually more because of this:

debian-edu-stretch-manual.zh_Hant.po: 0 translated messages, 1353 untranslated messages.
debian-edu-buster-manual.zh_Hant.po: 0 translated messages, 1299 untranslated messages.
rosegarden-manual.zh_Hant.po: 0 translated messages, 691 untranslated messages.
audacity-manual.zh_Hant.po: 0 translated messages, 150 untranslated messages.
debian-edu-itil-manual.zh_Hant.po: 0 translated messages, 1781 untranslated messages.
