Thank you for the heads up.  Note, this failure is not really new, what
is new is the detection of the failure.  I had a look at the test
results on
<URL: https://ci.debian.net/packages/s/sitesummary/unstable/amd64/ > and
the failure also happen in version 0.1.20, but is not detected there.
It might have been present earlier too, but then the test did not really
work and we can't tell from the logs.

The problem is that installing sitesummary no longer set up apache
automatically to run the cgi script.   Not quite sure why.
