Cups advances

Hi folks,

just now I've realized that cups services have been split
into two different daemons, for instance "cups" and "cups-browsed".

Setting "BrowsePoll www:631" into /etc/cups/cups-browsed.conf of the WS client

Setting "BrowseAddress to.your.broadcast.IP" into /etc/cups/cups-browsed.conf on tjener

Removing the "BrowseAddress" line from /etc/cups/cupsd-debian-edu.conf

Setting "CreateIPPPrinterQueues" No on both (to remove these strange ipps
queues

and restarting on both /etc/init.d/cups-browsed

Fixes

Fell free to propose some better configs
