Bug#670514: desktop-profiles: When open e session trough ssh and using tcsh as shell, we have some "noise"

Control: retitle -1 When open a ssh session with tcsh as shell, "noise" show up in the terminal
Control: tag -1 + moreinfo

I tried to reproduce it by creating a new user with '/bin/tcsh' as the
default shell, but did not see any noise.  Can you explain in more
detail how to reproduce this?
