I had a look, and this is already reported as bug
<URL: http://bugs.debian.org/700477 >, and it is claimed to be fixed
in version 0.9.9-1.

After trying to edit /usr/share/perl5/smbldap_tools.pm to replace netx
with net, can you try to upgrade to
<URL: http://ftp.no.debian.org/debian/pool/main/s/smbldap-tools/smbldap-tools_0.9.9-1_all.deb >
and let me know if it also solve the problem?
