[Bug 1371] installation of ltspserver stops, then dhcpd fails

I believe this is the old problem with ltsp-build-client passing garbage
to stdout and thus confusing debconf. I find this in the log:

This document that debconf is confused. We have never been able to figure
out why this happen, nor how to reproduce it consistently.
Can you reproduce this consistently? How?
