please update the override file.

i intentionally lowered the priority on debian-edu-install to extra, as it
depends on debian-edu-config, which should also be lowered to priority extra as
it depends on other packages that are priority extra:

  http://qa.debian.org/debcheck.php?dist=testing&package=debian-edu-config

this is to comply with debian policy 2.5:

  "Packages must not depend on packages with lower priority values"
