Well, I'll try it soon.
Yesterday evening I installed debianedu using virtualbox 1.6 and it woked fine.
I made two installation: main + ltsp and workstation.

Right now I turened on the main server.
Before booting it shows
---
Failed to read splash image ((hd0,0)//grub/splash.xpm.gz)
Press any key to continue
---
I press enter, it start loading. I see no messages on the screen, only
blank an grey stripes.
Before kdm shows up I get this message:

----------
Debconf on tjener.inter
Some errors were found during installation

error: ./taskpkgs: Package slbackup-php in task education-main-server
is not installed
error: ./taskpkgs: Package exim4-daemon-heavy in task
education-main-server is not installed
error: ./taskpkgs: Package lwat in task education-main-server is not installed

----------

I press ok and kdm shows up.
I log in as root.
Right clic, Configre desktop / Display because I want to reduce the
screen size but it's not possible to set the resolution :/

Now I turn on the workstation.
After the message "Failed to read splash image..." it shows a nice
image of skolelinux logo.
Kdm shows up without any bad messages.
I log in as root (and I'm surprise I can do that!).

I can't reach the menu because of the too hight resolution but I try
to click on "debian edu web server" icon, firefox open up but only
apache worning message shows up (as aspected):
"the requested url could not be retrived".

I tried also to boot a thin client and it worked fine. I cuoldn't log
in because the only user that exist now is root.

Valerio.
