[Bug 1336] Impossible to edit user

allowPwSet in /etc/lwat/config.php is set to false;
solution:
open /etc/lwat/config.php.
find this line:
$allowPwSet = false ;
change it to:
$allowPwSet = true ;
save and exit file.
