In this how to is reported an unecessary step:
adding "nfsroot=/opt/ltsp/i386" to
"/var/lib/tftpboot/ltsp/i386/pxelinux.cfg/default".
the

synthetizing it:
-backup /opt/ltsp/i386
-lstp-make-client
-add static hosts to /etc/dhcp3/dhcpd.conf
-add static hosts in lwat (add/machines)

at the end it's pretty simple.
