 Do we want MSIE5 roaming in our networks anyway?!
It's 9 years old, and only version 5.01 is still 
supported by Microsoft, and only on Windows 2000 SP4.

 If MSIE5 fails to work, it may serve the local admin 
an opportunity to suggest an upgrade.
