Lots of packages removed from the Lenny build

I had a look at the Lenny build for i386/netinst CD, and discovered
quite a lot of packages being dropped. Some of these are very
important to us, like autofs and cupsys. I have not investigated why,
but did see that autofs is missing in Lenny at the moment. The lack
of debian-edu-archive-keyring seem to break the installer completely
because packages fail to install non-interactively. I have not
investigated that case either.

This is the complete list of packages removed from the CD since
2008-01-01.
