The second URL suggests to remove the 18_applications_menu_rename.diff patch which was done in Debian in November 2006 with the upload of kdelibs 4:3.5.5a.dfsg.1-4 Current etch has 4:3.5.5a.dfsg.1-8etch1 which still has this conflicting patch removed, so I dont see this as the solution :-( Looking at kiosktool from ubuntu now... regards, Holger
