[Bug 1064] samba configuration needs to be corrected for domain logons

This bug should focus on handling profiles for Windows machines (NT={NT4|W2k|
XP|Vista} or Win98). Issues I see are
 - profile directory is not hidden from user (dangerous?)
 - profile dir includes desktop and myfiles which are synced at logon
 - profile directory should be put to its own share (especially if
   you are interested in one centralised mandatory profile).

We will open another bug for adding machines to the samba domain.
