the .listing files are metadata files, which for each profile includes the
priority
So no, it doesn't prioritize the profiles, it simply holds the directories
where to look for metadatafiles (which is set to only /etc/desktop-profiles by
default)

yep, you could put them each in their own dir, but as you have 1 metadata file
for the debian-edu profiles, and 1 for the locally defined extra ones I don't
really see the point (it's already seperated filewise, so why botter?)
