I just followed the links on that wikipedia page:
You can download "gratis fonts" http://www.schulschriften.de/Bonus.php after
mandatory registering. I didn't register, so I cannot say what else "gratis"
means here.

you get fonts "free of costs".
This sadly doesn't qualify as free as in DFSG. Maybe you can contact these
people and ask them a.) about the exact licence used (i couldn't find it, so
currently it means we cannot redistribute them) and b.) to relicence them under
a "free as in DFSG" licence. (GPL, BSD or SIL Open Font License are possible
examples of suitable licences.)
