As more or less uninformed person I just trust your research. (I'd
like to talk about this with you in Merida just for the sake of
interest to enlarge my English skills.)
The packages will stay named as debian-edu-foo, upper case letters are not
allowed in package names in Debian.
They are called education-foo and thus this consideration is not
needed here. If you ask me I would prefer "edu-foo" just to reference
the project name in the package name (would have saved me some headaches
when adjusting cdd-dev) but it is not really worth the effort to rename
the packages.
