Preparations for a new version of lwat (0.16)

A new version of lwat is about to be released. I dont know if it will
ever make it into debian-edu 3.0, but it's updated. If there is no new
bugs discovered, or any new translations contributed within a week, I
guess lwat 0.16-1 should be ready around next weekend both for debian
(unstable) and debian-edu (lenny?).

Here is the brief changelog:
Fri, 21 Sep 2007                Finn-Arne Johansen
* Prepare for 0.16
* Added code for setting up samba stuff in setup.php
* included setup.php into Makefile, to include it into debianpackages
* Bugfixes
  - Removed some more htmlspecialchars() calls that was wrongfully added
  - Made all forms use method post
  - fixed typo that made lwat use imported passwords
  - rewritten the code to check if a user is authenticated
  - test if script exists before it's called from cron.d
  - better translations

When released as 0.16-1, it should close the following bugs in Debian:
  #435997, #440441

When included into debian-edu, it should close the following bugs:
 #1243, #1244, #1179 and #1247

For now lwat is only translated into Norwegian (bokmål), German and
Spanish, More translations are welcommed. For more (or updated)
translations, please send contributions to lwat (at) lists.bzzware.org.

Please use the template or translations from http://bzz.no/lwat/po-files
for translations.

A preliminary package can be fetched from http://bzz.no/lwat

As I have a hard time getting the authentication failure, please test
them and see if they solve your authentication problems.

The TODO-list for 0.17:
 Require an authenticated user to do _anything_ (even viewing/browsing)
 Check if sambaAccount before doing anything with the samba password.
  (lwat now assumes that an account is an sambaAccount)
 Create stubs for configuring dhcp-server
 Create stubs for setting up dns-zones
