The cfengine rules have some rules to edit kde3/kdm/kdmrc that I believe
are obsolete.  I do not dare to change it now just before the release,
but we should see if these can be removed for the next version.

There are two changes I believe are obsolete.  The first is FifoDir=.  As far
as I know, the default is ok, so there is no need to change it.  The second
is enabling XDMCP.  LTSP now uses ldm and ssh, so XDMCP can kept disabled.

The XDMCP setting have some security issues, as it make kdm listen on a TCP
port when it do not need to.
