The network manager suite of packages is only installed for laptops,
and will work fairly well if combined with the standalone profile and
its initial user (which is added to the required groups and do not need
the at_console feature). Because of this, I suggest we do not upgrade these
packages this time, and work to get it fixed properly in Debian first.
