ok i have added the missing script to d-e-c along with depends on it's
dependencies. and added sambaNextRid to smbadmin's ldap acl. and i can now join
a domain. *SUCCESS*

In addition to that, finnarne will add support in lwat for creating the samba
machine accounts directly. this is a better sulution. Must be documented.
